Spray a Loaf pan with non-stick spray.
Allow a 1/2 gal of ice cream to soften slightly
Lay down a layer of graham crackers in the bottom of the pan.
Alternate layers of ice cream, graham crackers, ice cream...etc. Finish with ice cream on the top.
Cover with foil and return to the freezer for a couple of hours.
I used the entire 1/2 gal of ice cream and a little less than a sleeve of graham crackers.
To serve, just cut into slices. The cake probably could have been turned out on a serving plate, but we just cut and the slices came out easily.
This was one of the easiest desserts I've ever made and especially to have not one crumb left! I'm already thinking about making another with a little more thought perhaps the next time......may try a Banana Split Ice Cream Cake with bananas, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, maybe some strawberry or pineapple topping and some nuts......or peaches and vanilla ice cream. Even could do a Patriotic Ice Cream Cake with Vanilla, Strawberries and Blue Berries......
