Shipping and Returns


COVID-19 Update: We are experiencing a high number of orders right now which means a delay in getting orders processed. We apologize for this and we are working very hard with longer hours.

If at anytime you wish to cancel your order because of the delay, just let us know.

Right now we are experiencing a 72 hour processing time. This time could be longer for orders placed over the weekend. Thank you again for understanding and patience.

Shipping Info: 

Delivery times are based on the day order is shipped. For instance, 2-day shipping, means two business days after the order is shipped, not two days from the date the order was placed.

Shipping prices are based on weight and package size. Please note that when multiple items are placed in the shopping cart, the shipping can sometimes get skewed. If we are able to adjust your shipping down, we always will.....we never increase the shipping amount unless you have asked us to change something after your order was placed.

USPS (United States Post Office)  Priority Mail, Express Mail, First Class (select products only)

Tracking numbers are included in the order update you receive when your package is ready to ship.

A tracking number from the USPS (postal service) does not give day to day information as a FedEx number does. Generally all you will be able to tell is when the package was picked up for shipment and when it was delivered. But, it is helpful if your package becomes delayed or lost. You can notify your local post office with the number and they may be able to help you

Priority Mail via the postal service on the "average" delivers in 2-3 days. This is just an estimate and no guarantee, it can take 5 days or more. Postal delivery is also impacted by the holiday season.

USPS Express "overnight" - Overnight delivery depends on your location, sometimes it takes two days and it depends on when we can ship it.


FedEx Home Delivery: This is for residential packages only. Packages are delivered Tuesday thru Saturday, however Monday thru Saturday is becoming standard with 7 day delivery available in some areas.

FedEx Ground: Commercial packages delivered Monday thru Friday.

FedEx SmartPost: Economical delivery service that has a longer transit time. Packages are picked up by FedEx and ultimately delivered to your home by the US postal service. On the average, allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery of your package. As with any transit time, days start counting after the order has shipped, not when the order was placed. 

Please be careful on entering your address for FedEx. Any correction in an address that FedEx has to make once the package has left us,  results in a charge of around $12.00 that will be applied to your card if you gave an incorrect address. If the mistake was ours, of course there is no additional charge to you.

International Orders: Worldwide orders accepted and shipped via FedEx or the US postal service.

**Please note that Customs Fees/Taxes or border crossing fees are not collected by us or including in item pricing or shipping and must be paid by the receiver at delivery.

Local Pickup

Available at 298 Stafford Blvd, Pontotoc, MS 38863. 

We do not accept orders to be shipped to re-shippers, border-agents, freight companies that forward packages, etc even though the address may be within the USA.

Shipping Time:

Most of the year orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of receipt. The exception comes in peak season and when there is a great influx of newly arriving merchandise. Packages leave the shop around 3:00 PM (central).

During our peak season (4-6 weeks before Christmas), it is very busy and processing your order make take a little longer. It could be 48 to 72 hrs. We never make any substitutions in your items and try to contact you if we are out of something before shipping. This can delay getting a package out. If we have tried to contact you and have received no response, we may go ahead and ship the items available on your order and include a note that we were out of an item. etc. We will try to contact you by e-mail and/or phone.

If at any time you have questions, please contact us by e-mail.

We are in the central time zone. If you need to call us, please call between 9:00 AM and 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. It is more much efficient for us during our busy season especially to respond to your needs by email. Thank you for understanding.

 Shipping Tips


When you need expedited shipping as in next day air, or second day air, please send us an email separate from your order. If you just make the notation in the comments section, we will not see it until the order is processed which could be hours or days later.


Multiple Orders

We will be happy to combine orders if we see the two orders in time. If one order has already been packaged, orders will ship separately.


Our turn around time for getting packages out is slower during the Christmas season because of the volume of orders. If you have questions it helps us if you send an email rather than phoning.


To get an estimate on shipping - just put the item(s) in your shopping cart and enter your zip code and hit the "recalculate" button. Shipping options will be available. You can do this before ever entering your name, address and payment information. Remember that delivery times are based on when the order is shipped not when the order is placed.


To increase the quantity of an item, just put the item in your shopping cart, enter the number you wish and hit the "update" button. If the number you want is not available, the cart will default back to the number we have in stock. If you are shopping from your smart phone, enter the quantity and hit the "enter" button on your phone.

If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and no later than 7 days of receipt. Save all packaging for possible inspection by USPS or FedEx.

Once you have communicated to us that your item was damaged, we will do our best to reach a satisfactory arrangement with you whether it be replacement of the item (if available) or store credit. Refund will be considered for damages.

Returns: We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from us and 99.9 % of the time, this has been the case. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a store credit for the cost of the product. Shipping charges not included. We do not charge a re-stocking fee at this time.


  • We must be notified prior to returning the item.
  • SALE items or special order items are not returnable
  • Item must be returned within 30 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
  • Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
  • A copy of our invoice must be enclosed
  • Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
  • Store credit for future use will be applied for the cost of the product.
  • If order shipped as "free shipping" our shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit amount.
