Mesh: Cut 36 (18 of each color) pieces 20-inch in length. If it's a bit short, no worries.
Ruffles: Curl edges, scrunch in middle for ruffles. Use two in each twist.
Ribbons: Cut 13-inch strips, finish ends with a cut. Put four styles in each twist, spread them out, and give a little curl.
Sign: Punch holes, attach with chenille stems or mounts. Position to the side, careful not to flatten the mesh or ribbons.
Bow: Make a wreath bow using preferred method.
Finishing: Trim threads, make hanger, and fluff ribbons. Check for gaps or misaligned ribbons.
