Instead of hot gluing individual pieces into the grapevine wreath, we used zip ties to create a secure floral bundle first. This method makes assembly quick, easy, and ensures everything stays in place.
This quick-start zip tie technique makes it super easy to swap out florals or bows for different seasons or special occasions, giving your wreaths a fresh, updated look anytime!

Begin by arranging the longest sprays end to end, leaving a small gap in the center for the bow. Next, layer the medium-length sprays on top, followed by the shortest sprays to create a balanced look.
Fluff the stems to make all the details of the sprays visible, then secure them tightly in the center with one or two zip ties. Attach the floral bundle to your wreath (whether on the side, top, or bottom) and gently curve it to match the shape of the wreath, adjusting pieces as needed.
Create a simple bow and secure it in the center of the bundle. Finally, don’t forget to make a hanger for your grapevine wreath using floral wire or binding wire.
