DIY Neutral Deco Mesh Wreath for Year-Round Decor

It’s been a while since Carrie has had a chance to do any crafting in the shop, but she and David took a little time out last week to create this beautiful year-round deco mesh wreath in soft neutral shades of sage green, cream, and ivory. The fresh color combination gives the wreath an elegant everyday look that works beautifully across multiple seasons, and I especially love how it stands out against my dark brown front door.

They followed a simple mesh wreath recipe using two rolls of 10-inch mesh, a 24-inch work wreath, three styles of coordinating ribbon, and an Exclusive Trendy Tree Design sign. The result is a full, textured wreath with soft neutral tones that would work just as well from spring through early fall.

Watch the video below to see the wreath come together step-by-step. The tutorial is a replay from a recent Facebook Live at Trendy Tree.

Make It Your Own

This basic wreath recipe is one you can use again and again by simply changing up the colors, ribbon patterns, and accent sign to match your own decorating style. Whether you prefer soft neutrals, bright seasonal colors, or farmhouse-inspired designs, this mesh wreath formula makes it easy to create something uniquely yours.

And don’t forget — florals can also be added to mesh wreaths for even more texture and personality. A few greenery stems or seasonal florals can completely change the look and carry your wreath from one season to the next.

You’ll find links above for the supplies Carrie used in this wreath, but don’t be afraid to experiment and choose the colors, ribbons, and accents that fit your personal style best.
