Norman Rockwell Signature Dog Ornament Old World Christmas 12666

Inspired by the scruffy dogs Norman Rockwell loved to paint, this ornament is a sweet gift for art lovers, Rockwell collectors, and anyone who adores a mutt.

Norman Rockwell would chase a mongrel dog down back alleys, across the school field and into the woods if he thought that dog had the right look. There always has to be a dog; they’re our best friends. The scruffier, the better.

This traditional and beautiful glass ornament was carefully mouth-blown into a finely crafted mold. Then a hot solution of liquid silver was poured inside. Finally, it was delicately hand-painted and glittered for you to enjoy and cherish as a holiday heirloom!
