Red-headed Woodpecker Ornament

16140 Old World Christmas

Dimensions: 2.25 X 5 X 1.75 (HxLxW)

The striking colors of the red-headed woodpecker draw birdwatchers’ attention and astonishment. Found in nearly two-thirds of the U.S. and Southeastern Canada, these birds are quite popular and fill the forests with their songs.

This traditional and beautiful glass ornament was carefully mouth-blown into a finely crafted mold. Then a hot solution of liquid silver was poured inside. Finally, it was delicately hand-painted and glittered for you to enjoy and cherish as a holiday heirloom!
