Dodo Bird 16114 Old World Christmas Ornament

A quirky favorite for bird lovers, science teachers, and history buffs, this dodo bird ornament adds a little humor and a lot of character to the tree. It's a fun conversation piece and a memorable gift.

From the hang tag: Dodo birds lived undisturbed on an Indian Ocean island for so long that they lost the need and ability to fly. It is believed the dodo went extinct because sailors ate the bird to extinction after finding they were easy to catch.
