This is a quick creation that we put together today using a set of Angel Vine and Moss Garden Tools as the base for a wall or door hanging. This would work especially well for places where regular wreaths are too full in depth.
We started with an Angel Vine and Moss Garden Tool set that is about 30" in length and about 9" x 10" in width. Some wired Moss Ribbon was used to hold the two tools together, but you could use flora wire, chenille stem, zip tie...etc.
I like to use the wired Moss Ribbon because it blends so well with the tool set.
We also used the wired Moss Ribbon to hold together a clump of yellow forsythia. Once the forsythia was secured, we added a bow made of wire edge ribbon. This is a new spring ribbon in Yellow with Turquoise edging.
This Yellow Ribbon is 2.5" in width and 10 yards in length and only $12.99 a roll. Using wire edge ribbon to make your bows is easy. Just fold down the raw edges a couple of time to give the bow a neat finished look.
This wall hanging works great for Spring, Easter, and Summer. You could always put in a few Easter Egg picks and remove them later.....butterflies or lady bugs would look nice too.
