All you have to do is create an account and the next time you can just log in to finalize your order, edit your information, check on the status of an order and review your previous orders.
Order status explains just that....new orders may have just been received, reviewed and processed and shipped. The "Preorder" status is not a feature that we are currently using. We have tried allowing "Preorders" previously but discovered that sometimes customers would preorder items that were out of stock and perhaps it was a discontinued item that we would not be stocking again. This was causing some confusion so we elected to drop that feature.
But, we do have another new feature on the website that lets you enter your email to request to be notified when a item comes back in stock. This feature is working great and so many customers have already taken advantage of it. As soon as an item comes in that has been listed as "out of stock" or "arriving soon" the website generates an email and a link to the product is also included in the email, making it easy for you to locate again on the website for ordering.
