Looking for a Grill for Father's Day?

Father's Day is just around the corner on June 14, 2018. If you're looking for a great gift without spending too much money.....take a look at what we got David for his birthday this year. David is the grillmaster in this family. He can make the BEST burgers in town. I'll have to get his recipe and share! Now he has a green egg type smoker that he does wonderful chicken, ribs and Boston butt on, but he wanted something to grill quick burgers and chicken. One of the features he was looking for was a grill that would allow you to raise and lower the food closer to the coals or away from. Terry went on a search for a grill and found this one that matched perfectly! It's not an expensive grill at only $88 at Walmart, but it's very sturdy, has wheels for moving around. has a crank handle for raising and lower the grill closer to the coals, has a couple of vents in the hood for controlling the heat along with a temperature gauge, the side panel drops down for easy storage and there is a door on the front for adding more charcoal and a pan on the bottom to catch the ashes, grease etc. It even has a built in bottle opener. Now as far as brand name grills.....we had never heard of this brand Expert Grill. But, for the price if it only lasts a season, will have been well worth the money. So if you're looking for a great Father's Day gift without breaking the bank, you might want to take a look at this grill. It has performed just fine so far.
