Another great video by the folks at Trees N Trends
showing you how to make this gorgeous witch hat using a Work Wreath, Work Garland, Deco Poly Mesh® and embellishments. Also a metal easel was used for the upper portion of the hat. Just click on the image to go to youtube to see the video.
Suggestions for supplies:

Black with Black Wide Foil
In the video Trees and Trends used an Evergreen Work Wreath
and Evergreen Work Garland
. I would suggest using a Black Work Wreath and Work Garland.

The new Pencil Wreaths and Garlands are also available in 21 colors and styles.
Embellishments can include assorted glittery Halloween ribbon, spiders, floral picks, curly sprays.....your choices will make your witch hat uniquely yours))
One of the neatest things I learned from this video was seeing how the tips of the metal easel were bent into shape. Did you notice that little hole that had been drilled into the craft table? The tip of the easel was stuck down in the hole and then the lady was able to bend it with ease......great idea))
