Classic Blue is the Pantone color of the year for 2020. Each year in December, Pantone announces it's color of the year. This is what Pantone has to say about Classic Blue. "Instilling calm, confidence, and connection, this enduring blue hue highlights our desire for a dependable and stable foundation on which to build as we cross the threshold into a new era."
Or, maybe you're like me.....and just like blue!

What is Pantone? Pantone has been around since 1950 and currently stationed in New Jersey. The company started out as a printing company and morphed into a business that provides a standardization of color pallets that are used around the world.
Manufacturers rely on the Pantone Color Matching Systems to create products of specific colors across all sorts of design and production technology.
For instance, you pick out a certain color that you want ribbon made out of. An example would be Pantone Classic Blue. The manufacturer in Taiwan should be able to create that ribbon in the Pantone color. Enough of history!
How to Use Classic Blue
The color of the year changes obviously, every year. So don't go crazy and paint all your walls Classic Blue! Just go for pops of color. You could add throw pillows to your sofa for instance. New bed linens or a lamp. A vase filled with blue hydrangeas would be a super easy way to add some blue.
A wreath on a door! What a great example))) Here's a few products in a shades that are similar to Classic Blue to give you some ideas. Products are not the specific classic blue hex code, but do blend.
