Just click on the image to go there to download the free printable. Easy instructions, all you need in card stock paper, double stick tape and a little tissue paper. You could use clear cellophane if you needed something a little more durable.

Once you have your template, just use it as a pattern to cut out cupcake wrapper out of any kind of Halloween paper you have. Scrap booking supply stores have paper by the package, or you could use colored card stock or even construction paper.The edges were cut with scalloped scissors. Check out the website for easy to follow instructions.
