Best Mop in the World!

Best mop in the world! Do you know what it is? I do! The O'Cedar ProMist Mop is the best mop in the world....for sure. I should know....I've had three! You might say....well, they must not be very good if you have had to buy three.....let me explain. We purchased the first mop over a year ago. Two weeks after we bought the first one, we went back and bought another one, along with more of the removal terry cloth mop heads. Nothing was wrong with the first mop, we just wanted to be able to use one with cleaning solution and one with rinse water. So we have two mops. One is labeled "rinse" and the other is for cleaning. The third one was purchased after one mop stopped working well. It may have been very little wrong with it. It could have been just clogged up, but for around $20 it wasn't worth trying to fix. We just bought another one. best mop in the world, o'cedar mop, ocedar mop, spray mist mop

Manufacturer's Care of the Mop

  • Machine or hand wash mop pad in warm water and lay flat to dry.
  • For best results, change refill every 3-6 months.
  • When switching between cleaners or preparing for storage, fill bottle with water and spray 5 times, discard remaining water.
  • Fill bottle as usual with new solution or store empty between 50° F – 100° F.”
Discarding water from mop......that's another one we haven't done unless we just happened to run out while mopping. We've been hanging ours up with cleaning solution or water still in it. Makes sense that there could be some sediment in the tubing. But it's SO handy when you have a spill in the kitchen that you need to mop up quickly or the dogs walks in and leaves prints every where. Also, the suggestion is to lay the mop pads flat to dry. Never done this. Ours our tossed in the washer and dryer along with the regular laundry (towels etc). They fit just fine.

Cleaning Solution

I'm sorry....I don't measure but my typical cleaning solution is white vinegar, water, a couple tablespoons of Mr. Clean Gain liquid cleaner and a squirt of Dawn liquid. There are lots of cleaning solution recipes out there, just grab one that sounds good to you. You could also use a little Fabuloso for a sweeter smell....but I like the Mr. Clean. All our floors in the house are porcelain so we mop from one end to the other. I love this mop....I could do commercials for this mop. It's the best mop in the world)) Even my husband brags on this mop! Hey.....sometimes I say.....if you'll mop.....I'll go behind you and rinse))) He falls for it everytime))) Here's a little video just in case you didn't get....that I think this is the best mop in the world)) *Post contains affiliate links (yes, I may receive a very small commission if you click on any of the links or make a purchase.
