Carrie is a minimalist! No ribbons, no balls, no sprays on this wreath.....just ruffles and a big bow. I like it!
This is a simple wreath to make. The bow is premade and wreath making can't get much simpler than this))

Supplies
Ruffle technique - cut 10" lengths of mesh, gather up through center starting on cut edge. Make a cluster of three ruffles and attach in twist. Start on outer ring with cluster of three and then do a cluster of three ruffles to inner ring. It takes 54 pieces of mesh.
Attach premade bow with zip to to work wreath frame.
Done
Clip strings and you're ready to go)))
