Chocolate Bunny Deco Mesh Wreath

Here's a cute wreath that you can use or Easter, or really all spring! A deco mesh chocolate bunny wreath. Well, the bunny isn't really chocolate, he's made of metal)))

Right now we have the supplies you need to make this wreath in a Chocolate Bunny Kit. But you can order individual supplies too in case you want to change something here or there. Just stick with similar sizes.

We made this wreath yesterday as a Facebook live, but you can watch the replay right here. Just look over our trials!

Highlights

Carrie did 12" poufs around the wreath form with the green mesh. Next we placed a ruffle/curl (some people call the kruffles) of 20" open weave mesh. The cut edges were rolled in a little bit and then scrunched up through the middle to make sort of a ruffle with curled edges.

Carrie and Taalor cut the ribbon 13" in length and dove-tailed the 2.5" ribbon and just cut the 1.5" and 7/8" ribbon ends at an angle. We put a cluster of all four ribbons in each twist.

We like to undo the twist and place the ribbon cluster, but it's all a matter of preference.

We used the rest of the ribbon to make a sort of funky bow and placed it on the right upper side of the wreath. The chocolate bunny was placed lower left.

Options include leaving off the ribbon strips and just making 1-3 bows; placing the bunny in a different position; making two set of 20" ruffles in each twist....just to name a few)))

Don't fret if you are making ruffles and your last one comes out short.....it will never show.
