Shipping Methods:


Shipping prices are based on weight and package size. Please note that when multiple items are placed in the shopping cart, the shipping can sometimes get skewed. If we are able to adjust your shipping down, we always will.....we never increase the shipping amount unless you have asked us to change something after your order was placed.

USPS (United States Post Office) First Class, Priority, Express

Tracking numbers are sent to you from Stamps.com, our postal labeling system. A tracking number from the USPS does not give day to day information as a UPS number does. Generally all you will be able to tell is when the package was picked up for shipment and when it was delivered. But, it is helpful if your package becomes delayed or lost. You can notify your local post office with the number and they may be able to help you.

First Class Packages - Allow 5-7 business days for delivery

 

Priority Mail On the "average" delivers in 2-3 days

USPS Express "overnight" - Overnight delivery depends on your location, sometimes it takes two days and it depends on when we can ship it.

UPS

We reserve the right to change your shipping method if it results in less charges for you. i.e. Occasionally UPS 3-day Select may actually arrive no sooner than UPS Ground, but Ground is less expensive. In these cases, we may change your shipping method and charge you the lower fee.

Please be careful on entering your address for UPS. Any correction in an address that UPS has to make once the package has left the tree farm,  results in a charge of around $10.00 that will be applied to your card if you gave an incorrect address. If the mistake was ours, of course there is no additional charge to you.

 

International Orders: Our website is not configured to accept international orders, nor are we accepting international credit cards shipping to a USA address (i.e. re-shippers, agents, etc)

Shipping Time:

Generally, if your order comes in today, it will go out the next business day. Many times we are able to get it out on the same day, it just depends on the time the order came in and if packages have gone out for the day (usually between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.).

During our peak season (4 weeks before Christmas), it is very busy and processing your order make take a little longer. We never make any substitutions in your items and try to contact you if we are out of something before shipping. This can delay getting a package out. If we have tried to contact you and have received no response, we may go ahead and ship the items available on your order and include a note that we were out of an item. etc. We will try to contact you by e-mail and/or phone.

If at any time you have questions, please contact us by e-mail.

Our business and home phone is the same and we are in the central time zone. If you need to call us, please call between 8:00 AM and 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. It is more much efficient for us during our busy season especially to respond to your needs by email. Thank you for understanding.

Damages:

If your package is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and no later than 7 days of receipt. Save all packaging for possible inspection by USPS or UPS.

Once you have communicated to us that your item was damaged, we will do our best to reach a satisfactory arrangement with you whether it be replacement of the item (if available), an exchange or a refund.

Returns: We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases from us and 99.9 % of the time, this has been the case. But, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the item for a refund on the purchase price excluding the shipping charge.

Requirements:

  • We must be notified prior to returning the item.
  • Item must be returned within 7 days of receipt (this is due to the seasonal nature of our products).
  • Item must be in same condition that it was received in i.e. all tags and packing materials intact.
  • A copy of our invoice must be enclosed
  • Shipping fees for returned items are the expense of the buyer and will not be refunded.
  • Refund will be made back to the original credit/debit card, PayPal or GoogleCheckout
