Tchaikovsky''s famous ballet, The Nutcracker Suite, tells the story of Clara, who is given a nutcracker for Christmas. She falls asleep and dreams it has come to life. After a battle with the Mouse King, Clara and her Nutcracker Prince travel through a snowy forest to the magical Kingdom of Sweets where they meet the lovely Sugar Plum Fairy.

The Sugar Plum Fairy is approximately 5" in ht and 2" in width. She is pink and white with touches of gold and silver.

This traditional and beautiful glass ornament was carefully mouth-blown into a finely crafted mold. Then a hot solution of liquid silver was poured inside. Finally, it was delicately hand-painted and glittered for you to enjoy and cherish as a holiday heirloom!
