Jingle Bell Glass Christmas Ornament

Jingle bells are approximately two inches in width and 2 1/4 inches in ht. They are exquisitely decorated with sparkling glitter in star shapes. The top is gold color and has the trademark Old World Christmas heart shaped metal tag.

For years, this style of bell has been attached to harnesses for horses. Horse bells attract good luck and warn others of an approaching carriage or sleigh. The cheery sound of jingle bells at Christmastime traditionally signals the arrival of Santa Claus and his reindeer!

This traditional and beautiful glass ornament was carefully mouth-blown into a finely crafted mold. Then a hot solution of liquid silver was poured inside. Finally, it was delicately hand-painted and glittered for you to enjoy and cherish as a holiday heirloom!
