Christmas ornament made of mouth blown, hand painted glass. Measures approximately 3 1/4" x  4 1/4".

The Virgin Mary is the mother of Jesus, and therefore accorded great respect. Portrayed as a loving mother, Mary wears a while scarf as a symbol of purity, while her blue dress signifies protection. This ornament reminds uf of the true reasons of the Christmas season - the love of God and family.
