Snowman Tree

A few blogging days ago, I posted a photo of a white flocked Christmas tree decorated as a snowman......but here's another great snowman tree created by my good friend Gina Carter-Small, creator of the Bluegrass Kraft Korner (Facebook group). Gina only decorates her house with about 10 trees.....tsk tsk Gina.....and she was recently featured by her local Kentucky newspaper: Easy holiday decorations: tobacco-stick stars and mesh ribbon wreaths Gina has been creating all sorts of decorations this season using Deco Poly Mesh among other materials. She was inspired by Gumdrop candy sprays and created this long snowman "scarf" out of a work garland using a base of turquoise deco poly mesh and scraps of her leftover mesh from other projects. What a great way to finish up those short rolls of mesh.

The huge Snowman head was found at Cracker Barrel. The Snowman head didn't come with lights, but Gina's husband rigged up some clear lights inside the head and it looks just like it was made to shine!

Stunning whimsical Snowman tree.....tall and slender, cheery.....just looking at him makes you smile)))) Thanks to Gina for sharing this creation with Trendy Tree. And if you're looking to see more creations like this drop by and visit Gina's Facebook page, then head on to the Bluegrass Kraft Korner, just drop by and ask for an invitation.....she'll be glad to have you))) Tell her Trendy Tree sent you!
