More Uses for Metallic Pencil Garland

I knew when this new Pencil Garland came in, it was going to have many uses.......it's colorful, soft to touch, but wired and INEXPENSIVE. It comes in 25 ft rolls and eleven different colors. This Witch Hat was broken and had some pieces missing. I glued back what I could, but there was still a gaping hole at the top of the hat from the missing pieces. I covered it with a bit of black mesh and then topped it off with a bow made of black and green Pencil Garland. Saved from the trash bin! I love these little things that can be fixed and taken home)))
