Nick's Fall Birdhouse Wreath Supply Kit Note: For this wreath, Nick also used an 18" grapevine wreath, and a green plastic greenery bush. These items are not included in the kit, but we do have some available. Grapevine Wreaths Green Plastic Bush The wreath turned out lovely and one of the best things about this wreath, especially if you are making it for yourself, is that it can be used just about year round! You could take out the sunflower pieces and insert some spring or summer florals. Change out the ribbon with some spring or Easter floral ribbon, change it out again for a summery wreath using bright gingham or polka dots....ladybug or bumblebees.
