Carrots for Easter!

Well....you just can't talk about carrots without giving a little history. In doing some research for this Blog, I ran across a website that simply has everything you could possibly want to know about the history of carrots! Right....I bet you're saying.....who wants to read about carrots....but really, just check it out....you'll be surprised at how very interesting the website is. Course....can't have Blog post about carrots with at least one carrot goody! These are "The Best Ever Carrot Cake Cupcakes" from the smithfield.com site and Paula Deen.
